As both a reader, writer, and editor of short fiction, it is my solemn vow to bring you the best in throwback adventure fiction inspired by the pulp magazines of yesteryear such as “Thrilling Adventure”, “Argosy”, “Jungle Stories”, and many more.

Here is a place to celebrate the tradition of Adventure that began with the likes of H. Rider Haggard, Harold Lamb, Edgar Rice Burroughs, Robert E. Howard, Arthur O. Friel, Louis L’Amour and others.

CLIFFHANGER! Magazine does not endorse worn-out stereotypes and tired tropes, but honors the tradition of adventure fiction with respect and knowledge.

I promise to bring you pulse-pounding action starring two-fisted heroes and heroines.

I promise to sweep you away to exotic locales, lost cities, and uncharted territoties across the globe.
